Rainy day.
Nous décidons d' aller nous réchauffer autour d'une tasse de thé, au Tea Corner, près de la rue des Petits Carreaux.
We decided to warm up around a cup of tea, at the Tea Corner, near the street of Petits Carreaux.
L'endroit n'est pas grand, mais l'on s'y sent bien. L'accueil est souriant, la carte sympa (Chantal teste et valide le gaspachio du jour, melon-menthe) et les prix très corrects : nous nous partageons une théière de thé des Vahinés pour 6€.
The place is not big, but we feel confortable inside. The waitress is smiling, the menu original (Chantal tasted and liked the melon-mint gaspachio) and the prices are corrects : we share a Wahine tea pot for 6€.
Puis, juste le temps d'attendre que le sablier mutlicolore soit vide, et nous pouvons enfin déguster notre thé : Humm... ça sent bon les amandes, la vanille... les vacances au soleil!
Then, just after waiting for the sand of the hourglass to be down, and we can appreciate our tea : Yummy... it smells almonds, vanillia... and sunny holidays!!
Nous reviendrons (sans fautes) goûter leur crème brûlée à la violette.
Et leur cheesecake!
